Russell Eugene Valley, Sr.

Russell Eugene "Gene" Valley Sr., age 88, of Olive Branch, Mississippi went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 8, 2020. Russell was born March 28, 1932 in Memphis, TN to the late Mr. and Mrs. Carl Valley. Gene proudly served in the Air Force for four years.

He is survived by his children Debra V-H Reese (Shannon), Russell Eugene Valley Jr (Kilja), Donna Valley, Dianne West (Brad), Brenda Lewis (Ray), Glenda Melton, and Dawn Valley Campbell (Ron), his 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

A visitation for Gene will be held Friday, September 25, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Brantley Funeral Home, 6875 Cockrum Street, Olive Branch, MS 38654, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, gifts in memory of Gene may be offered to the Wounded Warriors Project.
