Kenneth Douglas Drummond, age 83 of Vestavia, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2015. Mr. Drummond served in the United States Air Force and graduated from the University of Houston in Radio and Television Production. He loved God, his family and his church (Lakeside Baptist). Kenneth also loved and enjoyed Alabama football.
Mr. Drummond is preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Clara Drummond; and by his sister, Barbara Williams. He is survived by his wife, Hazel Drummond; sister, Judy Stoppelbein; and nieces, Laura Stoppelbein and Natalie Morgan.
The celebration of Kenneth’s life will be at 12 noon on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Lakeside Baptist Church, with burial following at Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery in Sipsey, AL. The family will receive friends at a visitation beginning at 11am.
