Hazel Margrete Lucas

Hazel moved to Arizona in 1929 with her parents Effie Victoria Smith , William Carroll Madden, one sister and five brothers . In 1941 she married Anthony Provine (deceased).

She was preceded in death by two daughters Barbara Suttle and Susan Pope and one son Lawrence Anthony Provine.

She is survived by three daughters: Bonnie Suter, Cindy Lucas and Johnie Meder and two sons-in-law, Vernon Suter and Roger Suttle. There was a third son-in-law, Terry Pope, now deceased.

Additionally, Hazel is survived by five grandchildren: Robby Arnott (Sheela); Andy Arnott (Cara), Jenifer Candelas, Katie Lucas and Christine Elias Suter (Ernie) ; Seven great grandchildren: Justin, Matthew and Kayla Candelas; Rachel, Madison and Megan Arnott; and Frankie Arnott and one great, great grandchild: AJ Candelas.

Hazel had a strong faith in God. Her favorite activities were being with her family and friends, reading and traveling..

She was loved by her family and friends and will be missed dearly by all.

Services will be held on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at 10:00 am, Greenwood Mortuary Phoenix, Arizona. Officiant: The Reverend Harry Heinrichs
