He was a UofW graduate and a Yale PhD. Arlo taught in experimental psychology at UC Riverside from 1961 to 1985. Arlo was an amateur radio operator since age 16. His call sign was W7HOL in Seattle, WA6UDR in Riverside.
He was deeply loved and respected. Arlo is survived by his wife of 64 years, Barbara; children, Roger, Anne and Kate; sons-in-law, David and Thomas; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
