Anita Daigle, 88, formerly of Rumford passed away on Saturday March 10, 2018 at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough.

She was born in Mexico Maine on October 28, 1929 a daughter of Lazare and Rose (Turmel) Daigle.

Anita was a former communicant of St. Theresa’s Catholic Church in Mexico.

She was a member of the American Legion Auxillary and the LeParrasseux Snowshoe Club.

Anita loved bowling and making jigsaw puzzles.

Surviving are a brother, Maurice O. Daigle and wife Pat of Rumford, and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, brothers, John Paul and Peter Daigle, and a sister Alice Goulet.
