He is preceded in death by his son Arturo Herrera, Jr. and grandson Steven Perez.
Mr. Herrera is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Corina Herrera; children Annie & Seco Perez, Lucy & Carlos Perez, Abel & Juanita Herrera, Arnold & Marisol Herrera, Albert & Jennifer Herrera; granddaughter Mari & Edward Flores; 16 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Visitation will begin, Sunday, March 20, 2011, 9:00 a.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd. with a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening . A funeral procession will depart the funeral home, Monday, March 21, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. for a 10:30 a.m. mass to be celebrated at St. Josephs South San Catholic Church with interment to follow in El Carmen Cemetery.
