May 16, 1957-January 6, 2019
Born in Anniston Alabama
Linda was an incredibly beautiful woman who loved God and delighted in her family. She was strong and courageous, warm and compassionate, supportive and encouraging, hardworking, and she loved with her whole heart. She called her parents ever day as she adored them, she was very close to her brother, she was her daughter’s best friend, and her husband’s faithful and loyal companion of 45 years. She would do anything for her family and she did. The last 1.5 years she gave her all just for one more day, one last moment with them. Even when it meant being painfully ill, she was willing to give all of herself. She was a prayer warrior. She started every day in prayer and meditation and rejoiced when her long time prayer was answered when her daughter gave her heart to Jesus. She was well known for her words of life and encouragement and the cards she would send to cheer and inspire. She fought the good fight and she will receive the crown of life for her perseverance and service to the Lord. Her family is heartbroken and misses her so much, but knows that they will soon see her again in Heaven. Survived by Rev. Charles and Donice Hunt, Charlie Hunt, Samuel Mockovciak and Amber Mockovciak. Services will be held on Saturday the 19th @ 11:00 at the Church of Hope in Sarasota.
