Evelyn M. Jensen, age 94, passed away Sunday, February 6, 2011. She was born July 21, 1916 in Delphos, Ohio. She was a resident of the Phoenix, Arizona for 59 years and owned and operated a restaurant. She is survived by her family, children Carol Ogilvie, Julie Free, Judy Hernandez and Charles Wheeler, grandchildren; Sheri Esau, Bruce Ogilvie, Jr., Michael Lyman (deceased) Tammy Schwenk, Judy Lee, Chuck Wheeler and Lisa Mata, and by 9 great grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held Monday, February 7, 2011 at 2:00 PM, at Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden Road, Scottsdale, Arizona, 85257. 480-945-2654
