Earlene Anna Phillips was embraced by the angels of God while she slept on September 15, 2018.
Earlene was born raised on a dairy farm in Niagara Wisconsin along with her 7 brothers and 2 sisters. As a young adult, she left the farm and ventured to California with her girlfriend. On this trip she met her 1st husband, Ernie Petok. They married shortly after and made their home in Toledo, Ohio. They had 3 children, Doris, Linda and April.
Earlene later met her 2nd husband of almost 50 yrs., Ivon Edmond Phillips. She embraced her 4 stepsons. Mike, Roger, Ronnie and Danny. They had two more daughters, Sunday and Julie. In 1962 they moved to California and added to their family with another daughter Pam and step daughter Theresa.
Earlene loved her family. Her children and grandchildren were the love of her life! She was truly an angel from heaven with a giving heart. She especially loved our planned trips for Mother's Day. Each year one of her daughters planned a 3 day weekend which revolved around her. It was her special time to spend with all her daughters together.
The love we have for our Mom, Grandma, Great Grandma will go on till we meet her in heaven. We miss you so much, but know you are in the hands of our Lord.
Waiting in heaven for her, are her husband: Ivon (Ed) Phillips, per parents: Lester and Adeline Trulock. Brothers: Johnny, Pete, Leon, Carroll (Skinner), Gayle and Clarence along with her sister: Arvetta. Stepsons: Mike and Danny.
