Uncle John, had this car that was beautifull. It was red and white 1963 Corvette Sting Ray. The hubs sparkled when he turned down the street. I was in awe. The next words would be the happiest in my life. Do you want to drive it.? YES, but I am only 5. He picked me up and placed me on his lap and behind the steering wheel, closed the door. Vroom off we went!

Dear Pat, We are so sorry to hear of John's passing. He was a great guy with a sense of humor. I will always remember him having lunch with Paul Palange and I in Chinatown. He used to leave with stains on his shirt for which we gave him a hard time. At a subsequent luncheon he reached into his suit jacket pocket and pulled out plastic sleeves that secretaries wore to protect their blouse sleeves, he wore them during lunch. Many funny stories from Iran as well. You had a great life together .
With fond memories.
