Josefina Torres-Serrano, age 83 of Spring Hill, FL passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 under the care of HPH Hospice Care Center, Brooksville, FL. She was the wife of Victor Guerra for over 27 years.
Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico she was a daughter of the late Gregory Torres and Rafaela Serrano. She was Pentecostal by faith. She loved working around her home and used to enjoy dancing.
She will be deeply missed by her husband, Victor and daughters: Aida wife of Jimmie Irizarry of Spring Hill, FL and Lydia Nazario of Bronx, NY and son: Ricardo Nazario and his companion Linda of Bronx, NY. She was the grandmother of 9 and has 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son: Ariel Nazario who died in 2011.
There will be a visitation on Saturday, November 8, 2014 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Turner Funeral Home, 14360 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, FL 34609. The graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 9, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the Florida Hills Memorial Gardens, 14354 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, FL 34609
