Michael, you are always remembered, especially by your family and friends.

Mike will always be missed. His compassion, his caring, and his wit will be missed by me and anyone that knew him.

I am missing my friend Mike! I can still hear his laughter and remember him with nothing but love! My heartfelt wishes for all of his family is that you remember him the way I do...with love, laughter and a bit of stubborness. I sure do love the friendship as well as the business relationship we had. God Bless you all and RIP my friend Mike!

I can't believe it has been two years since you joined our Lord.  Carol and I still talk about you - all good stuff of course, and how much we miss you.  My continued prayers for Nancy, Kyle and Donovan and all of your family and friends.  

You are so missed Mike.  I know that you are up there making everyone laugh and looking out for your loved ones down here.

Sending continued prayers of strength and comfort as I know this year has been so very hard.  Mike was such a large personality and I miss his jokes and sense of humor whenever I read anything from high school on FaceBook.  He was always such a bright spot for many of us.   Thinking of his loved ones today and always keeping his happy sense of humor and laughter in my mind.

I will always remember Mike’s positive demeanor, his laugh, and his personality. He never failed to speak highly of his family. He is, and will always be missed.

I remember Mike always, but today is especially difficult. I'll never forget when Carol called to let me know of Mike's passing. He was a wonderful guy and I loved him from the moment I met both him and Carol. I ask about you every time Carol and I talk to each other. I miss that big goofball and will remember him with great fondness and laughter always! My thoughts and prayers are with all of Mike's family! 

Mike, I just found out.  I will miss our occasional talks.  Seems like just yesterday we were discussing Donovan's recovery.  You were a rock.  My condolences to the entire lovelock family.

Michael was my roommate my Junior year at Maryville College.  He had so many attributes; charm, a sense of humor and compassion,  just to name a few. I am overwhelmed with memories of the short time we knew each other and am so saddened by his passing .

I was in total disbelief to hear of Mikes passing. He was one of my dear HHS friends. He was always there for me no matter what. His time on this earth is way to short but I Cherish all the memories we all have. Peace to his family and friends. Always remembered never forgotten. Love you Mike. 

I am so saddened at the passing of Mike.  I knew Mike through his Raymond James business.  His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with important decisions will always be remembered.   My sincere condolences go out to his family.

I have been a client/friend of Mike and Carol for years. He was always a source of advice, humor, and recommendations. We shared many lunches, phone calls, and visits. Most of our meetings would end up discussing anything and everything. His family and his pup were always favorites, he was always so proud of his family.

When I lost my wife to a heart attack in 2018, I was in the ER lost and confused, Mike showed up with two cups of coffee and put his arm around me. We didn’t talk, he just sat there holding me and patting my shoulder. I could never thank him enough for that show of compassion. I will miss my friend.

My thoughts and heart go out to his family, Mike is/was one of the best.


I’m not sure where to begin.. Mike and I have laughed together since our days at HHS and even more so when we worked together for many years at Barnett Bank.. His smile and especially his laugh was just contagious…Just such a genuine person gone too soon..An amazing man who loved his family and his adorable pup..and life..Praying  for his beautiful family for strength and peace.  Miss you Mike..

My heartfelt condolences to Mike’s wife, children, family and friends!  I have known Mike (and Carol) since March 2015 when I began working next door to their office.  No one made me laugh like Mike, and even though we differed politically, we had great debates that would end in laughter!  I will miss seeing him every day and especially when he proudly displayed his Ric Flair t-shirt and a booming WOOOOOO!  Rest In Peace my friend.  No more pain. ❤️

Dear Nancy, Donavan and Kyle...my heart is breaking for all of you. I am not only a client of Mike's, but we became very close friends. When I heard of this tragic loss, I could not believe it. All I heard in my head all that day was Mike laughing. He just cracked me up. I pray for you all to find comfort in the memories I'm sure you all created. Please know how much I deeply cared for Mike. He was my rock during some really tough times. We both shared the loss of a brother.  I will miss Mike (my brother's name too), like a brother. Wishing you peace during this very difficult time!

Mike and I have been friends since high school.  We shared Leopard football, parties, church and all the connections from HHS. We laughed until we cried in between classes at PHCC.  We reconnected via Facebook and frequently laughed about the similarities of our paths. Both having boys who loved soccer.  Both passionate about our dogs and both struggling to make sense of how to best help our extended families in different ways.  I knew Mike was a special person, but when I discovered he went out of his way to drop off groceries to a neighbor in need, or helped domestic violence victims get to safety without ever needing or wanting recognition, I knew Mike was someone people turned to for advice and guidance.  He was a beacon of light for others and helped carve a path for us to see how we could all  find the strength within ourselves to be better than yesterday.  Mike not only loved his wife and kids, he wasn't afraid to show it to the world.  I never met a guy who was more passionate about his own happiness.  He loved to laugh! Mike had a  bigger than life personality that nobody easily forgot, but his sense of humor had to be one of his greatest assets.  He always had something funny to say and his delivery was always on point.  My hope is that his children know how much he loved them and how proud he was every single day of their many accomplishments.  Mike will be missed by everyone who knew him, but he will never be forgotten.  Prayers to the entire Lovelock family.

My wife Latoya and I met Mike & Nancy back in 2015. We purchased our home across the street from them.  We would see each other quite often either in one of our driveways or at the mailbox. We would talk about his favorite wrestler (Ric Flair) whom he really loved, and our favorite NFL team The Tampa Bay Buccaneers. 

Other times I would play with Charlie or just have a good laugh with him. He took a liking to our kids as well, especially our 7 year old. She loves Charlie! And he is the reason we eventually ended up with (2) puppies. We really enjoyed the times we went to dinner with our wives. Mike loved his family and he showed it. I am really going to miss ya Mike. We love you neighbor, but God loved you most. Rest in Paradise! Save a spot in Heaven so we can watch the Bucs together.

Mike was always a kind, caring and respectful person. We had many fun chats in his office. He always answered all my business questions. Then I found out we lived in the same community. He would see each other periodically when I was walking and he was walking his dog.  I met him And his associate Carol back in 2003 when we moved to Florida.  My sympathy to his family.
