Christine Pesavento, 77, of Terre Haute, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2020 at Harrison Crossings Health Campus with her children by her side. She was born on March 3, 1943, in Terre Haute to Clifford Harrison and Helen Louise (Barnes) Crumrin. She married Donald L. Pesavento on April 4, 1964 and he preceded her in death on April 14, 2020. Christine was also preceded in death by her parents.
Christine is survived by her sons, Donald Scott Pesavento of Page, AZ and Kip Matthew Pesavento and wife Lori of Terre Haute; daughter, Toni Lee LaDow and husband Todd of Bloomington; granddaughter, Lauren Elizabeth LaDow and fiancé Luke Fulford; grandson, Brach Anthony LaDow; sister-in-law, Kay Ann Wagner and husband Jim; and a niece, Megan Block and husband Ryan.
Christine was a beautician and owned her own salon for several years prior to becoming a mother. She devoted her life to raising her children. She later went to work at Columbia House Records. Christine enjoyed shopping, dancing, playing bingo, and playing Yahtzee. Most of all she loved her family and cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren. She will forever be remembered as a loving wife, mom, and Mimi. She will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19 at Roselawn Funeral Home. Services will be held at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, at the funeral home with Pastor Larry Lilly officiating. Christine will be laid to rest in Roselawn Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
