Mary Louise Powell, 67 of Texarkana, TX passed away on Friday December 6, 2019 at her home. She was born on December 31, 1951. Mrs. Powell was a retired LVN.

She is preceded in death by her husband Raymond Powell, grandson, Casey Nowlin, son, David Powell,

parents, Bill and Mary Wilson.

Survivors included two sons and daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Lynne Nowlin of Texarkana, TX and Jeffery David Nowlin of Texarkana, TX, two daughters and sons-in-law, Cynitha and Bob Linck of Shreveport, LA and Deborah and Steve Cue of Lewisville, TX; daughter -in-law, Debbie Powell of Texarkana, TX, two brothers and sisters-in-law, Jimmy and Dianna Wilson of MI and Wilburn and Debbie Wilson of GA and number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren , nieces and nephews including a special nephew, Darren Tussey.

Funeral service will be 2pm Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at East Memorial Chapel-Moores Lane.

Burial will be in Memorial Gardens under the direction of East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.

Family will receive friends from 5pm to 7pm Monday, December 9, 2019 at the funeral home.
