Elijah Lee Raimondo

Elijah Lee Raimondo, age 31, died January 9, 2015 at his home in Eastpointe, Michigan. He was born February 6, 1983 in Cincinnati, Ohio, son of the late Robert Maks and the late SueAnn Raimondo. Elijah's family members came together to support and raise young Eli.Eli was a young and precocious boy who enjoyed playing baseball, as well as many other outdoors sports with friends. During his schooling, Eli was gifted with a very imaginative mind which allowed him to do quite well in his educative endeavors. Later in life, Eli was employed as a hardworking roofer. When he was not working, his greatest passion was enjoying the outdoors. He loved boating and fishing, or just being out on the water. When the weather was not conducive to being outside, Eli would visit the casinos where he excelled at Poker. Quiet and relaxing times were spent with his extended family members and friends, where many laughs were had by all the cousins, nieces, and nephews.Eli is survived by his beloved daughter, Arianna Rose; his loving parents Ken and Pat Luoma; and his cherished siblings, Lani (John), Wendy (Aaron), Kristen (Joe), Taylor, and Jamie. He was also the devoted uncle to many nieces and nephews. Eli is further survived by his second family, Kelly, Danny, Nickolas and Samantha.A Memorial Visitation for Eli will be held on Saturday, January 17th from 2:00pm until the time of his Memorial Service at 3:00pm at Faith Lutheran Church, 37635 Dequindre Road in Troy.Arrangements have been entrusted to the D.S.
