Avis Marie McCloud

She was a charter member of Bellview Baptist Church of Westlake. Avis was a member of "COOL Group".

She is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Robert L. McCloud, and her son, Donald E. McCloud.

Left to cherish her memory are her 3 daughters: Linda McCloud of Westlake, Bonnie Thornton of Westlake and Shellie McCloud-Neck ( Amore Neck ) of Slidell; daughter-in-law Barbara McCloud of Moss Bluff. She is also survived by her 6 grandsons; her 7 great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday, August 15, from 6-8pm at Hixson Funeral Home of Westlake. Funeral services will be Thursday, August 16 at 10:00am in the funeral home with burial following at Magnolia Cemetery. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com.
