Sherry was born on June 14, 1946 in Erwin, N.C. the daughter of the late Clyde Douglas Lamberth and Theodis “Shoby” Davis Lamberth. She was a 1965 Graduate of Erwin High School and a member of Mingo Baptist Church.
Sherry married her High School Sweetheart and became quite the homemaker. She was a loving wife, dear mother and mother-in-law, and the best mimi. She loved her family very much and was the back bone of the family. She was a fighter and proved that during the last years of her life, she had been on Kidney Dialysis for over 8 years. No matter how bad she felt, she was always smiling and in good spirits.
She loved her life on the farm, with the cows, sheep, cats and other animals.
A Funeral Service will be held Sunday, April 11, 2021 at 3:00 pm at Mingo Baptist Church with Rev. Louis Strickland officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
She is survived by: her Husband of 53 years: Ron Harrelson of the home.
A Daughter: Stephanie Wrench & (husband) Kelly of Godwin, NC.
Grandchildren: Carmen Ellington of Godwin, NC and Christian Edwards of Grantham, NC.
Sister: Beverly Jo Burge of Ohio and Nieces: Courtney Burge, Natalie Burge and Dana Harrelson.
The family will be receiving friends Sunday, April 11, 2021 from 2:00 pm – 2:40 pm at Mingo Baptist Church, prior to the service.
