Billy Jack Mulligan, age 42 passed away on Saturday June 22, 2019 in Middletown, OH. Billy was born December 20, 1976 to Wilma (Patrick) Mulligan and Jasper Mulligan.

Billy is survived by; daughter Brooklyn Napier; mother Wilma Mulligan; brothers Junior Mulligan, Donald Mulligan, Steve Mulligan; sister Sylvia Fields; uncle Bill Patrick and aunt Vickie Patrick; numerous nieces and nephews.

Billy was preceded in death by; father Jasper Mulligan.

A visitation for Billy will be held Thursday, June 27, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd St Franklin, OH followed by the funeral service at 12pm with Pastor Bill Patrick officiating. Burial will be at Monroe North Cemetery.
