Pam Ann Whelchel

Memorial service will be held 2 PM, Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Chapel.

Pam is survived and missed dearly by her husband, John Whelchel (Watauga); daughter, Mary (Shelley); son-in-law, John (L J) Guerra; grandchildren, Christian, Sean, and Gabriela; brother, Rick Mayden; sister-in-law Maria; and three nieces, Renee’, Michelle, and Mindy; brother-in-law, Tommy and wife Susan Whelchel and all their wonderful family.

I’d like the memory of me

To be a happy one.

I’d like to leave an afterglow

Of smiles when day is done

I’d like to leave an echo

Whispering softly down the ways,

Of happy time, and laughing times

And bright sunny days

I’d like the tears of those who grieve

To dry before the sun

Of happy memories I leave
