Mark Kacer has been a licensed funeral director since 1995. Mark’s true passion is helping families through their most difficult times, building relationships and adapting to their personal desires and needs. Born in Des Moines and raised in Altoona, Mark graduated from Grand View College in Des Moines and earned his mortuary degree from Kansas City Kansas Community College. Mark has been married for 24 years to his wife, Laura. Together, they have twin daughters. Mark enjoys spending time with family and friends, outdoor activities and soccer.
Staci Michelle Hansen
Staci was born and raised in Schaller, Iowa, where her family farms and raises pigs for a living. She is the 3rd of 4 children. After graduating from Des Moines Area Community College with her mortuary degree in 2013, Staci interned in Cedar Falls and Marshalltown. In November 2015, she moved to Ankeny to serve with Ankeny Funeral Home. Staci has enjoyed her time at Ankeny and looks forward to continuing her lifelong passion of caring for families in their time of need. Staci is a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Schaller, is currently attending services in Ankeny and enjoys going on mission trips with her church. In her free time, Staci enjoys reading, cheering on the Iowa State Cyclones, traveling and spoiling her nephews back home. She recently got a corgi puppy named Denali.
