Originally from Mannsville, New York, Michael received his degree from the San Francisco College of Mortuary Science in 1998. Shortly after graduation he joined the Dignity Memorial team at Pierce Brother Praiswater Mortuary in the San Fernando Valley for several years before coming to the Inland Empire and Weaver Mortuary in 2006. Michael is an active member of his community and belongs to the Banning / Beaumont Elks Lodge, Redlands Masonic Lodge and the Beaumont - Cherry Valley Rotary.
DAVID H SCHECHTEL
David Schechtel has been serving families in the funeral profession since the late 90s. He graduated from Palisades Charter High School Math, Science and Technology Magnet in Pacific Palisades, California, in 1990. After attending various colleges in Southern California, David studied abroad at Cambridge University in England. David proudly joined Weaver Mortuary and Crematory in Beaumont, California, in 2013. David is a master mason raised at Las Vegas Lodge #32. Residing in the Palm Springs area, David spends his spare time with his family and enjoys cooking, outdoor activities and photography.
David Bruce Wenzel
David Wenzel is dedicated to his career in funeral service and has provided compassionate funeral care to families since 1974. He began his career in Los Angeles, moving to Palm Springs in the mid-80s where he served as a funeral director for several well-respected funeral homes in the area before joining the Weaver team in 2012.
David has been honored and privileged to serve the many families of the Coachella Valley from all walks of life during their most difficult days, including those of several well-known celebrities. In his spare time, David enjoys classic cars, cooking, camping (as long as it's in a 5-star resort or hotel) and cherishes spending time with his loving spouse.
