    Ronald has provided compassionate care to families in their time of need for over four decades. Ron earned his degree in mortuary science from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in 1976. He is proud to be a part of the Dignity Memorial® team, guiding you through one of the most personal times in life. When he is not serving families, Ron enjoys family, travel and golf.

    Phillip Bernard Hernandez

    Funeral Director

    Phillip Hernandez has been a licensed funeral director since 1999. He realized his desire to become a funeral director after the unexpected death of his sister in 1996. Phillip is proficient in Tagalog and Spanish. He served in the U.S. Army Reserve for 8 years, attended Chicago State University and Loyola University before realizing his life’s calling. He excels in customer service and consistently exceeds the expectations of the families he serves by creating very special and unique services.

    Phillip is currently an active member of St. Malachy Catholic Church, where he serves as a lector and communion minister. During his free time Phillip enjoys karaoke, percussion drumming, road trips across the country, biking and camping in national and state parks with his wife and 2 daughters.

    Marc A Pierotti

    Funeral Director

    Marc A. Pierotti, a native of the Chicago area, grew up in Streamwood and currently resides in Skokie. During his early life, he attended a number of funerals for family members and was always impressed by the professional and caring funeral directors. Those experiences led him to pursue a career in funeral service.

    Marc graduated from the mortuary science program at Southern Illinois University, where he also received a bachelor’s degree in business management. He is passionate about serving families and strives to comfort them during difficult times.

    Marc has also served with the U.S. Army in Fort Hood, Texas, Pusan, South Korea, and Fort Dix, New Jersey.

    In his spare time, Marc likes to explore cooking, is a novice stain glass artisan and rescues greyhounds, 1 dog at a time.

    Mirella M Trevino

    Funeral Director

    Mirella is a funeral director at Marsh Funeral Home and has served the families in Gurnee, Illinois, since January 2003. She was born and raised in Chicago and graduated from Malcolm X College with an associate degree in mortuary science. Currently residing in Gurnee with her family, she is proud to serve the Gurnee community with dignity and compassion. Mirella is bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.
