Robert was born and raised in Georgia and moved to Jacksonville in 1989 after graduating from high school. He worked in the funeral profession for 13 years before going to mortuary college. In 2002, he began studying mortuary science at Gupton–Jones College of Funeral Service and working with the Dignity Memorial network. He earned his degree in 2004. Robert’s passions are serving families and traveling. His favorite place to visit is Munich, Germany.
Heather M Hackley
Heather has been assisting families with the Dignity Memorial® network since 2001. Heather has made it her mission to encourage each family to celebrate the life of their loved one in a very personal way. In her spare time, Heather enjoys being with her 2 boys and husband.
Daniel Alan Geoghagan
Daniel’s involvement in the funeral industry began after graduating from Gupton-Jones College of Mortuary Science with a degree in mortuary science. He started working with the Dignity Memorial network as a funeral director and embalmer intern in 2002. He and his wife live in Hilliard with their 3 daughters. If you can't find Danny at the funeral home, he is probably working with his farm animals or fishing.

As president of Hardage-Giddens Funeral Homes, Joseph "Jody" Brandenburg has a passion for helping client families. That drive manifests itself through the staff members he mentors, who share his desire to deliver excellence and attention to detail beyond the expectation of every family.
Jody's wife, Janne Ferrell Brandenburg, is a Jacksonville native actively involved in many community and charitable endeavors.
