Even as a little girl, Heather knew that the funeral business was her calling. She attended Florida's Lynn University, where she earned a degree in business and mortuary science. She began working at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Memory Gardens Funeral Home & Cemetery in 2012.
She says she loves what she does and hearing "thank you" from a family is priceless.
Heather was born in Pennsylvania and moved to Florida in 1992. She and her husband have 2 beautiful daughters.
Eric A. Greczel graduated from Northampton Community College in 1998 with an Associate Degree in Mortuary Science. After starting with Dignity Memorial as an intern, Eric became a licensed funeral director with Lanterman & Allen Funeral Home in East Stroudsburg. In 2001, he received a Bachelor of Science from East Stroudsburg University. After a six-year stint in the food and beverage industry, Eric's calling for hospitality and working with families drove him to return to Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Memory Gardens Funeral Home in Lake Worth. Eric is fulfilled with his career helping others and spending time with his wife and 1 daughter.

Jennifer Turner has been a licensed funeral director in Florida since the late 1990s. She considers it her most important mission in life to help families arrange memorable funeral and memorial celebrations for their loved ones. A 10th-generation Floridian, Jennifer was born in West Palm Beach.
