    George Feaster

    Consultant

    George E. Feaster was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey, in 1936 and graduated South River High School. Following his 1956 graduation from Eckels College of Mortuary Science, George relocated to his current home of Largo, Florida, and became a licensed funeral director and embalmer in 1959.

    George began George E. Feaster and Associates in 1964, managing 2 Feaster Memorial Home Largo locations until 1986, when they became a part of the Dignity Memorial® network as Moss Feaster Funeral Homes. George currently serves as a consultant and senior vice president in addition to his service as a funeral director.

    Retired from the U.S. Army Reserves and the National Guard, George is known throughout the community having served with several professional, civic and fraternal boards and organizations. He was also the founding director and chairman of the former Premier Community Bank. He has been recognized for his dedication to his community and his profession on multiple occasions.

    Remarried in 2004, George has 4 children, 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren and is a founding and active member of St. Dunstan’s Anglican Church.

    Brittney Anne Taylor

    Brittney knew she wanted to be a funeral director since childhood. Originally from Saginaw, Michigan, she moved to Florida in 2005 after graduating high school to begin her lifelong dream of helping families and planning beautiful celebrations of life.

    Committed to service excellence, she is creative, compassionate and kind. Following her passion and calling, Brittney works hard to provide celebrations that truly capture the essence of each individual honored.

    Brittney resides in Seminole with her 2 daughters, her horse, 3 dogs, a cat and a fish. When she’s not taking care of families she enjoys riding her horse, visiting the beach, boating, live music, traveling to Michigan, zip-lining the mountains in Utah, snorkeling in Belize, scalloping in Homosassa and working on her private pilot's license for fun.

    Michelle Marie May

    Funeral Director

    Michelle joined the Serenity Funeral Home family in fall 2016 to carry out her personal goal of applying her expertise in event planning in a professional environment while truly helping others.

    She graduated from Florida State University’s Dedman School of Hospitality and Commonwealth Funeral Institute. As a licensed funeral director, Michelle now uses her breadth of training to design custom funerals and memorials. "Life Well Celebrated gives families the opportunity to honor their loved ones in a personalized way that speaks to what is beautiful about life—individuality! I am honored to help families envision what best represents their loved ones during their time of need."

    Michelle is also a self-proclaimed foodie. She loves to cook and try new restaurants. In her spare time, she enjoys watching the sunset, Netflix binging with her husband, going to concerts, and watching college football.

    Gerald F Schweizer

    Funeral Director

    Gerald Schweizer, or Jerry, spent his childhood around the funeral home that his grandparents lived in and managed and has been licensed as a funeral director since 1980. He received an associate degree in science from Vincennes University and is a career professional in his industry. Jerry relocated to Florida in 2007 from South Bend, Indiana. He is married and enjoys spending time with his 3 small dogs.
