Kevin Simoneau was born in Lewiston and has lived in the area his entire life, graduating from Lewiston High School in 1996. Before starting in funeral service, Kevin worked for Geiger Brothers in construction. He joined our funeral home in 2000, became an apprentice in 2002 and graduated from the Funeral Institute of the Northeast in 2004 with a degree in mortuary science. In 2015 Kevin accepted the position of location manager at our funeral home.
Kevin was very active in youth hockey, coaching for over 15 years. He also enjoys snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, boating, traveling and spending time with his wife, sons and grandson. He is a member of the Prince of Peace Parish and he and his wife work to raise funds for causes they support. Kevin takes part in golf tournaments to raise funds for fire and rescue and Lewiston hockey. He is also a member of the local chamber of commerce and the Maine Funeral Directors Association.
A Lewiston High School graduate, Roger Bouffard entered funeral service in April 1966 before graduating from the New England Institute of Mortuary Science in 1967. In 1973, he became a partner of the Fortin Funeral Directors and The Fortin Group of Lewiston/Auburn.
Roger is a past board member and president of Maine Funeral Directors Association, serving from 1982 to 1989. In 2011, Roger received the award of Most Distinguished Funeral Director from J.D. Powers for his excellent service. In 2012, he became a member of the Century Club and in 2013, the Circle of Excellence.
Roger and his wife married in 1969 and together have raised 2 children. He is the grandfather to 4 wonderful grandchildren and is a member of Prince of Peace Parish of Lewiston.
David L Mailhot
David Maihot is a 1998 graduate of the New England Institute of Funeral Service and Embalming at Mount Ida College and became a licensed funeral director in 2000. Originally born and raised in Lewiston, he is a graduate of St. Dominic Regional High School, class of 96.
David is a 10-time Century Club Award recipient for service excellence and in 2012 shifted his focus from helping families plan ahead to helping those with immediate needs.
David and his wife and son have been residents of Lisbon since 2004. Active in scouting, David enjoys coaching, being active in youth sports and volunteering his time in different community events and projects.
Roger A Theriault
Roger was born in Lewiston and has lived in the area his whole life. He graduated from St. Dominic Regional High School in 1970 and attended the University of Maine, graduating in 1975 with his bachelors degree in secondary education.
In addition to his teaching career, Roger owned an automotive business. He also owned and ran the Civic Center. After selling the Civic Center and retiring from teaching, Roger began working for our funeral home. He graduated from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science and is a licensed funeral director.
Roger was inducted into the St. Dominic's High School Hall of Fame for his athletic and academic achievements. He has also volunteered his time for the Colby Fund, the Dempsey Center, Lewiston hockey and many other local charitable events. Roger is active in area hockey, a member of the Knights of Columbus and attends Prince of Peace Parish. Roger and his wife have been married since 1975 and have raised 4 children together. In addition to spending time with his 8 grandchildren, Roger also likes to play golf, travel and enjoy wine.
