Diane Achord is a licensed funeral director and embalmer in Washington state. Diane graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology on June 6, 2007, and she was immediately asked to join our team.
Diane is the current president and past secretary and treasurer of the Washington State Funeral Directors Association Southwest District IV. She serves on the board of directors for Mulligan Dream, a transitional living community. She is also the assistant manager and treasurer of Logan Street House, a home for individuals previously incarcerated who want a second chance at life.
In her spare time, Diane enjoys camping with family and friends. She also loves going for motorcycle rides with her husband on their Harley-Davidson.
James H Opdahl
James Opdahl’s career began at Mt. Hood Community College in 1982, where he earned an associate degree in funeral service education. He joined our funeral home in 1989 and became manager 9 years later. James, licensed in both Idaho and Oregon, was appointed by Idaho Governor Butch Otter to serve on the Idaho Board of Morticians in 2011.
Mark L Reed
Mark Reed began his career in funeral service at Mt. Hood Community College in Oregon in 1982. A 1986 graduate, Mark is licensed in both Idaho and Oregon. Mark participates in activities with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the Payette Kiwanis Club and Payette Band Boosters.
