    Emily Ann Bootle

    Manager

Emily came to Funeral Service after years of working, travelling, and studying throughout Canada and Europe. She has cultivated knowledge and experience through education, work, and life to inform her practice as a Funeral Director. After completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Pyschology in 2014, Emily moved first to Victoria and later Dusseldorf while working for AbeBooks Inc. Her time working with spreadsheets and webchats drove a desire to return home to a community where she could be involved face to face once again. This drive resulted in her enrollment and eventual licensing through the Canadian College of Funeral Service and employment with Service Corporation International. Emily currently lives in Burnaby, where she enjoys quiet time at the Oceanside and getting swept up in books on her days off.
