John received an Associate of Applied Science in funeral service education from St. Louis Community College at Forest Park in 1975. With over 40 years in funeral service, his success in the funeral industry comes from creating enduring relationships and treating every family with respect and integrity, believing that service excellence is the key.
John lives in Affton with his wife, a human resource coordinator. They enjoy home projects, music, photography, anything outdoors and are very dedicated to the Huntington’s Disease Society of America to raise funding for both basic and clinical research into the causes, treatment and, ultimately, cure of Huntington's Disease.
Duke has been serving families in the St. Louis area since 1973. His goal has always been to put families first and do whatever it takes to make sure they are treated with dignity and honor. Over the years he has been active in the Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club International. Presently residing in Ballwin, Missouri, Duke enjoys all sporting events, especially Cardinal baseball and Blues hockey, but his real passion is barbecuing.
Edward Henry Rahe
Edward has served with St. Louis funeral homes since 2011. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science in journalism from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and an Associate of Applied Science in funeral service education from St. Louis Community College at Forest Park. He is a licensed funeral director and embalmer in Missouri and Illinois.
Ed grew up on a farm in southern Illinois near St. Louis. He and his 2 brothers are involved in the management of the family farm operation.
Ed lives in Oakville with his wife and son. He is a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Carondelet where he has served on the vestry. In his spare time he is an avid amateur photographer, enjoys gardening, fishing and takes pride in his barbecued pork steaks, smoked ribs and brisket. When the wind is fair you will find Ed and his family on their 16-foot sailboat on Carlyle Lake.
Henry M Wieder
Henry has been serving families in the Saint Louis, Webster Groves and Arnold areas since 2004. Since then he has served families as a family service counselor, funeral director and funeral celebrant. Originally from western Kentucky, Henry now resides in south St. Louis County.
