Since 2005, Donna has provided compassionate care to families in the Phoenix area and now in Surprise. Donna earned her degree in mortuary science from Mesa Community College. She is proud to be a part of the Dignity Memorial team, guiding you through one of the most personal times in life.
When she is not serving families, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and many dogs. She enjoys exploring what Arizona has to offer whether it is in the jeep or on the motorcycle.

Nancie Lee Scalercio
Nancie, a United States Navy veteran, has been a funeral arranger at Surprise Funeral Care since January 2015. She has an associate degree in paralegal studies from Everest College and a bachelor's degree from Arizona State University, where she majored in English and minored in pre-law. Having previously served as a family service counselor since 2011, Nancie is proud to be a part of the Dignity Memorial® team.
When she is not serving families, Nancie enjoys spending time with family, friends and her beloved grandchildren.
