Jeffrey M. Davis graduated in 1990 from B.M.C. Durfee High School, attended Massasoit Community College in Brockton and graduated from the Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service in Houston, Texas, earning an associate's degree in funeral service with honor and distinction. As he helps each family pay tribute to a loved one in a dignified and respectful manner, Jeff feels that "there is nothing more gratifying than to warrant the trust and confidence of a family."
Jeff is a communicant of St. Thomas More Church in Somerset, member of the Durfee Hilltopper Athletic Foundation and secretary of the Fall River Funeral Directors Association. He volunteered for several years at Somerset Berkley High School as a baseball coach and was assistant head baseball coach at B.M.C. Durfee High School. At Massasoit Community College Jeff holds the record for most wins in the school's history and received all-conference and all-American honors while winning the 1993 NJCAA Division II National Championship. Jeff is a member of both Durfee and Massasoit's Athletic Halls of Fame and in 1993 was drafted by the Texas Rangers. In 1995 he was named Texas Rangers Minor League Pitcher of the Year and in 1996 became a part of the 40-man major league roster. He retired in 1998 due to shoulder injuries.
