Since 1978, Duane has provided compassionate funeral care to families in New York State, Texas and Washington, DC. Duane earned his degree in mortuary science from Simmons School of Mortuary Science in 1978. He is proud to be a part of the Dignity Memorial® team, guiding you through one of the most personal times in life.
When he is not serving families, he enjoys Civil War history, traveling to historic sites, collecting political memorabilia, and is a member of the Lincoln Group of the District of Columbia. Duane serves as a commissioner on the DC Funeral Board.
Teresa Mary Schnur
Teresa graduated from St. Petersburg College with a degree in funeral services. Since 2010, she has spent her entire career serving the families of southwest Louisiana and she is honored to serve on the team.
Kevin H Barnett
Kevin H. Barnett has been a licensed funeral director and embalmer since 2011 and has served the greater Washington D.C. community since his relocation in 2013. He is a graduate of the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science and in 2015 attended the Insight Institute and obtained his credentials as a certified funeral celebrant. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in biomedical humanities and biology from Hiram College.
Kevin is an active alumnus of Hiram College, a founding member of the Cleveland Museum of Art’s Column and Stripe and has also served as president of the Bailey’s Crossroads Host Lions Club. In his spare time Kevin enjoys traveling, art, rock climbing and spending time with his spouse and his rescue poodle, Bingo.
