Frank Xavier Baeza, passed away on Sunday, November 8, 2009. He was born in San Antonio on May 31, 1956. He passed doing something he loved while in the presence of close friends. Frank was inspiring, attacking every challenge with courage and confidence. He was an outstanding martial artist, accomplished hunter, and owned his own jewelry business. Above all he was a family man, who loved his wife, and children passionately. He is survived by his wife Margaret; sons, Justin Baeza and wife Veronica Baeza, Jeremy Baeza; brothers and sisters, Laura and Maj. Robert Leal, Alvaro and Connie Baeza, Carolina E. Baeza, Loretta and Pedro Chavez, Alfonso and Fuji Baeza; Aunts, Gina Armenante, and Concepcion Elizondo; father and mother in laws Francis and Adele Kulawik; numerous nieces, nephews and countless friends. His parents Alvaro S. Baeza and Italia Baeza, as well as a Sister Gracie preceded him in death. There will be a viewing on Friday, Nov. 13, 2009 from 3:00 – 6:00 P.M. followed by the Rosary at 7:00 P.M. at Sunset North Funeral Home, 910 North Loop 1604 East (between Stone Oak Parkway-Voigt Dr. and US Hwy. 281). The funeral will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2009 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Gregory’s Catholic Church, 700 Dewhurst with Rev. Msgr. Michael O’Gorman as celebrant. The interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
