Sandra Jane Fenske, affectionately known as Sandi, to her friends and family, passed away on Tuesday July 4th, 2017 in Hudson, FL, at the age of 65. Sandi was born in Upstate New York. She would spend her childhood not only here, but in Albuquerque, New Mexico, as well. Sandi graduated from Pembroke Junior - Senior High School. She would then spend the beginning of her adult life earning a license in Cosmetology. Sandi would move on to a lengthy career in retail and would eventually find her niche in cake decorating. Sandi had many passions in her life including her family, her various crafts, and her sports. There is nothing she loved more than her Kansas Jayhawks and her Buffalo Bills. Sandi is survived by her husband of 20 years, Victor, her children: Kari Salway, Douglas Salway and his wife Andrea, Jennifer Salway, and Kimberly Walker; her grandchildren Alex and Savannah Salway; her brother and sister Thomas Wurster and Lisa Weisickle; and many nieces, nephews, cousins. She was greatly loved and will be forever missed.
