The entire staff of Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home & Garden of Memories Cemetery extends our condolences and prayers to the friends and family of Mr. Joe in the days and weeks ahead. 

So many good memories considering we’ve known him for so long. Some of my favorites though are from holidays celebrated with our kids and mutual granddaughters. He loved to play games, and made playing the games hysterical with his quips & antics! Then there was Joe doing the chicken dance at Linda’s & Scott’s wedding, the childlike excitement as he recounted his first airplane ride to us, his love for ice cream and candy, and the list goes on and on.  We never saw even one moment that Joe showed any anger. He was truly one of a kind! We grieve with the family over this tremendous loss! God be with you all.   Much love, Joan & Dean
