John T. Walsh, 69, of Orlando, FL passed away on July 2, 2016. He retired as V.P. of Engineering for Bright House Networks in 2012 after 35 years. John was awarded "Engineer of the Year" twice in his lifetime by the ATC (1986 & 1987). He was an avid golfer. John was preceded in passing by his mother, Mary Stines. He is survived by his son Joel Walsh and three brothers. A memorial gathering will be held Friday, July 8 from 6-8pm at the Cranes Roost Village Clubhouse, 556 Cranes Way, Altamonte Springs. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Florida Hospital Cancer Institute at https://www.floridahospital.com/foundation/areas-support/cancer in memory of John. Future services to be held in Panama City, date pending.
