MaryLynn was my beloved big sister and the most important person in my life growing up. She had so many talents, a love for life and made many a day special and fun. Once she bought chocolate covered ants and octopus parts and we pretended we were missionaries eating jungle food. She taught me how to make cootie catchers and how to dance. I remember when Ed and she were dating in high school. Ed had a green car with gigantic fins. Love at first sight. She was full of love and light and we who loved her are saddened by the dimming. God bless Ed and Bev at this difficult time. Through the years she has been my best friend and we have spent hours talking about books, God, our beloved husbands and children, the cicada I put in her bed, meatloaf and if our kitties and woofers were in heaven. I don’t know if she is playing golf in heaven but I do know her little fur babies are surrounding her with wet noses and kitty kisses. MaryLynn joins those “who slipped the bonds of Earth and touched the face of God.”

We loved Mary Lynn. She was fun to be around and we enjoyed many hours in Bible Study with Mary Lynn and her husband Ed.
We always looked forward to having dinner with Mary Lynn and Ed at Wednesday Night Live events followed by attendance of Asbury's Vesper Services. We miss you Mary Lynn.

We have been next door neighbors with Ed and Mary Lynn since 2003. Mary Lynn was so much more than just a neighbor, she was also our friend and we considered her family. She was such a sweet, caring person with a huge heart. She never met a cat that she didn't love. She made sure the stray kitties outside had food so they wouldn't go hungry. Rest in Peace Mary Lynn, we will miss you dearly!

I have known the Mathieu’s for more years then I want to say. I was invited into their home for years for Thanksgiving and Christmas when I would’ve had no family to be with and learned how to cook a turkey dinner! Very often Mary Lynn took the time to have long involved conversations with me. I felt loved, cared for and valued.

A great lady. Devoted to her husband and family but especially devoted to her lord and savior, Jesus Christ. She will truly be missed by everyone.

We have been neighbors since 2003 when we all moved in. MaryLynn and Ed were very involved in our HOA and shared many activities and parties together with the neighborhood. Our prayers go out to the family members and especially Ed and Beverly . We will always have great memories to remember.

Mary Lynn was my neighbor and very dear friend. She was a kind, sweet, caring person and I will greatly miss her as will my two cats who she took care of when I was out of town. They loved her and the care she took of them.
Rest In Peace my special friend.

Mary Lynn and Ed are my neighbors, directly across the street. We have been neighbors since 2004. We are not just neighbors, we are friends. I would feel safe giving them a key to my house. I am so saddened to lose Mary Lynn, I will truly miss her. However, I rejoice for her because I know to be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord. My prayers are with Ed and Beverly as they go through this painful process.

Mary Lynn was my neighbor across the street. I didn't see her a lot through the years but at Christmas time I would share my baked goods with her and Ed, and she would share an ornament (cat-themed, if course) along with some other type of sweet gift. I always enjoyed our conversations. I will miss her and her love for animals.
