Phil is survived by his Wife, Karen Anaya, Daughter, Irene Peña (Alex), and Marlena Carrillo (Sam), Grandchildren, Allie Peña, Elizabeth Peña, Kayla Carrillo, Bryan Carrillo, Aidan Carrillo, Great-Granddaughter, Kailey Albarran, Sister Ginger, Elaine (Richard), and Brother Ronnie (Diane).

He is preceded in death by Mother, Carlotta Anaya, Father, Philip Anaya Sr., Sister, Monica Hernandez, and Brother, Adolf Anaya.
