Celestine was so thoughtful and caring. For my special days, she would always send me two cards, instead of one. She seemed like my daughter who also sends me two cards for my birthdays and anniversaries. We loved her dearly and she will be cherished for a very long time.

Every year Celest and I would send each other Birthday Cards. We didn't talk often on the phone, but when we did speak it was like we had just spoken the previous day. Our friendship was effortless. She was such a giving and loving person. I will miss my sister.

The Perry and Kirkland families will be in our prayers.

I have lost a sister. The sister who loved me no matter what. Stine taught me what family means. Selflessly caring for her mother til the end of her days. She was tough as nails but soft as a teddy bear at the same time. You will be truly missed. Sojourn well dear Stine...Sojourn well...
