Age 78, of Coon Rapids passed away peacefully Saturday, February 23, 2019.

Peggy was married in Duluth on September 16th, 1967 to Dennis. She loved visits with her grandchildren and son, coffee with her friends and playing games like bingo and 6-5-4. She especially enjoyed going with Jack to music; her favorite spot was Sparky’s café in Anoka.

Preceded in death by her Parents, Betty and Jack; Sister, Sharon Johnson; Husband, Dennis; Brothers, William “Bill” Shannon and James Shannon.

Survived by Son, Lee (Carrie); Granddaughter, Paige; Grandson, Derek; Sisters, Marlene Lane, Pat Miller and Jerri Edwards; and Significant Other, Jack Farrier.

~Funeral Services~ 11am Friday, March 1, 2019 at Gearhart Funeral Home – Anoka 552 East River Road Anoka, Minnesota

~Visitation~ 4-7pm Thursday, February 28, 2019 and one hour prior to services Friday at the funeral home.

~Burial~ Fort Snelling National Cemetery on Monday

She was always so excited to come to our house for the holidays. She said she loved the food. Jack always had fun and Peggy joked with us all. Last Christmas she was very excited over her gifts. She will be missed.
