Ann was born on May 6, 1931 in Elizabeth, NJ, to the late Edward and Anna Brindley, as the third youngest of six children. For her life’s work she chose to help others enjoying her whole career as a Nurse for the City of Elizabeth. When she retired to Toms River, NJ, she chose to continue helping others by working part-time in various private clinics. She loved to crochet, quilt, and take long walks around her neighborhood with her longtime companion, Suzi, a Yorkshire Terrier that everyone adored.
She will be lovingly remembered by her surviving sister Loretta Mattusaitus, as well as by her daughter, Joann Mustard (and husband Ronald); sons, Michael Bonomo (and wife Aynur) and Stephan Bonomo; and her seven grandchildren.
She has joined her brothers and sisters within God’s embrace, along with her beloved Suzi.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Labre Indian School, for which Ann was a longtime contributor ( https://give.stlabre.org ).
She will be very missed.
