Alford J. Stewart, 88, of Arlington, TX passed away on October 17, 2016. He was born in Weinert, TX on October 10, 1928. He was married to Ella Kimbrough Stewart on July 16, 1952. AJ founded Stewart Engineering Supply, an architect and engineering supply company, in 1980. He was a founding member of the South Oaks Baptist Church. Outside of running the business, he enjoyed spending time with his family, riding horses and livestock ranching. He was survived by Ella Stewart; sons A.J. Stewart JR of Walnut Springs, TX and Jeffrey Alan Stewart of Mansfield, TX; grandchildren Carried Kathleen Stewart of Arlington, TX and Taylor Stewart Moore of Burleson, TX. He was proceeded in death by Daughter Dianna Marciel Moore; Brothers Ernest Stewart, Bill Stewart, Alvin Stewart and Sister Sarah Huddleston.
