Charlotte J. Lexa, age 84, of Barnhart, Missouri passed away on Thursday, June 7, 2018. Charlotte was born May 26, 1934 to the late Marie (nee Cotner) and Kenneth Buchanan.

Charlotte is survived by her husband, Gene F. Lexa; sons Steve (Julie) and Terry (Lori) Lexa; daughters Nina (Ed) Hutchinson and Melanie Lexa; loving grandmother of 8 and great grandmother of 11: sisters Pauline (Dale) Gage, Mary Buchanan and the late Leatha Buchanan.

Charlotte was a retired middle school teacher.

A visitation for Charlotte will be held Sunday, June 10, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Windsor Baptist Church, 6701 Hwy 61/67, Imperial, MO 63052. A funeral service will be held Monday, June 11, 2018 at 12:00 PM at the church. The committal service will occur Monday, June 11, 2018 at 1:15 PM at National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan Road, Jefferson Barracks, MO 63125.
