Sandra Jeanne Nowicki "Sandee" passed away peacefully at home on August 8, 2019; she was born on February 22, 1938 in South Bend, Indiana.

Sandee loved to crochet, especially making gifts for people. She loved to bake and had an extensive collection of dolls, figurines and Elvis Presley. She loved to fly kites. Sandee thoroughly enjoyed watching youth sports and you could always find her sitting on the sidelines in the heat , cold, wind or rain cheering on her children, granddaughters, and children of her friends with a bag of snacks or a homemade sweet treat to share. Her grandchildren brought her great joy and she loved to spoil them.

For many years Sandee was a Teacher's Aide at Santa Rosa Elementary School in Atascadero, after retiring from there, she was trained to be a pharmacy technician at Thrifty Pharmacy where she was awarded the employee of the year in 1990.

Sandee is survived by the love of her life for 56 years Gene Nowicki, her 4 children, Michael (Lisa) Nowicki, Michelle (Mat) Baro, Allan Nowicki, and Tina (Tom Faiola) Nowicki, three granddaughters, Melissa (Artie) Adams, Ashley Baro, Katherine Nowicki and two great grandsons Blake and Walker Adams.

A viewing/visitation will take place on Thursday August 15, 2019 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm a funeral service will be held on Friday August 16, 2019 at 10:00am at the Chapel of the Roses Mortuary in Atascadero. Burial will take place at Atascadero District Cemetery following the service.
