We are truly sorry to hear of the passing of cousin Annette. We have fond memories of our visits as children when we all crowded together at her Mom and Dad's house in Charlotte to share all the laughter and love of our cousins. We will miss Annette's loving spirit.

My deepest condolences to the Mitchell & Ekpuk families. You're in my thoughts & prayers. From a youngster I've always heard of Annette having a kind, loving, gentle, caring & giving spirit. I can remember on a few occasions...her pretty girls coming to my grandmother's to play with my brother & hanging on Walter Street at the Mitchell family home & my brother having a crush on one of her beautiful girls 😉
I'm sure that she will be missed & with God's will the leagacy of her spirit will sustain the family.
Peace & Blessings
Love, LaGina

I come to know Mrs. Annette through her beautiful daughters. She has always shared with me such a beautiful smile and welcomed me with a big hug whenever I saw her. To her husband Friday and her daughters I sure your hearts are heavy from the lose, but know she was always a beautiful spirit and it was my pleasure to know her through you ladies.. Our prayers are with your family forever loved.

Aunt Annette Ekpuk as i fondly called her was not just my uncle's wife but was my mom away from home. Grandmom to my kid Deborah ..she touched me in so many ways that i wont forget in a long time..her candid advice and word of knowledge. Aunty why did u leave so soon? But hey who can question God. Im convinced you are in a better place.may your gentle soul rest in peace. Amen
