Donald F Abel

Donald F. Abel, 80, passed away on February 12, 2012 in Lakeland, FL due to heart failure. He was a veteran of the US Air Force and retired from the City of Lakeland. He was also a member of Legacy Christian Church. Mr. Abel was preceded in death by his first wife, Beverly Abel, and a son, David Abel. He is survived by his wife, Patsy Abel, two sons, Michael and Greg Abel, a daughter, Donna Thrower, three step daughters and a step son, a sister Patricia Roland, and many grand and great grand children. Visitation will be Thursday, February 16 from 10-11 with services following at 11, both at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home in Auburndale, FL.
