John,

I am sorry to hear about Jean. I enjoyed it when the two of you would join RPM at North on Saturdays. It always put a smile in my heart to see how you supported each other. I am praying that you and your family find comfort in memories and knowing that she will be missed.

Dearest John,
You and Jean are one of our most valued members of our Golds Gym family. It's always a treat when Jean and John are in class. Jean was an incredible rider with some of the fastest legs in class. Always with a sweet smile and often a funny story - we will miss her. Our hearts are broken and know she will never be forgotten. Much love to you and your family.

John

Jean was a wonderful, kind and giving person based on her actions and her quiet speaking, always supportive of all that you were involved with. I did not know her well but always enjoyed seeing her and speaking with her briefly. I know you will greatly miss her, every day. May God bless you, comfort you and guide you into this new phase of your life but know you are never alone, she will always be with you in your head, your heart and soul. She will be greatly missed by all her knew her for her gentle spirit.

Jean was a member of our TB family at DSHS. And thus, John was adopted. I am so sad to learn of her passing. She was truly a beautiful person. My condolences to John, the rest of her family and all her friends who loved her.

John, I am deeply saddened to learn of Jean's sudden death. I always appreciated her friendliness and helpfulness at the AustinGenSig meetings and Lifetime Learning classes. It is rare that a couple truly shares a common interest and passion as the two of you shared in doing genealogical research. I feel so very fortunate to have gotten to know both of you and to have learned so much from the work you did together. I am so very sorry for your loss and will keep you in my prayers.

What a shock and heartbreak to hear of Jean's passing. I met Jean the day that she and John came to our Austin Colony Chapter DAR meeting. She expressed interest in joining our chapter and I was fortunate to spend time with her working on her application. She was quiet, yet so excited, to become a DAR member. It was a joy to meet her and , on behalf of the members of our chapter, we express our sincere condolences to John and her family.

I always enjoyed saying hi to Jean at the AGS meetings. Her attitude of service was an inspiration. I didn't know her well but I will miss seeing her and can only imagine how hard this must be for John. I am so sorry that I will not be able to attend the funeral this week, but I will be there in spirit.
