What can be said about my Great Uncle Luis? Just that, he was GREAT! I have so many great memories of my family and I traveling across the state to go visit during summer breaks and holidays. I remember wanting to be the first one at the front door as soon as we arrived at his house on Dewey St. in Alice. From playing in his backyard, to spending the day with families combined at Mathis Lake, all my memories of Uncle Luis are fantastic and will forever be cherished. Without a doubt, one of the SWEETEST men I have had the honor to meet and proud to say he IS my family. ILOVE YOU SOOOO MUCH!! I will miss you!!!

Grandpa was always an inspiration to me. He was always so happy and always making people laugh. He was such a great spirit. One of my favorite memories is when we would devour all the strawberry cake...we are the only ones who love strawberry cake and those memories will always be a part of me! Rest In Peace Grandpa. We will never forget you! 💗

Eating was always a celebration and our family does it well! BBQ’ing regularly. A fond memory (there are many) I have of my father-in-law is when I would go for seconds (especially with sweets) he would say to me “dale gas”, “dale shine”...always bringing a smile to my face and laughter to my heart! ❤️
