Robin Giff Vilk, aka Richard Dobrowolski, age 56, of Austin, passed away on Monday, August 4, 2003, after a sudden illness. He grew up in Austin, graduating from Wm. B. Travis High School. Robin was a highly decorated Viet Nam Veteran in the U.S. Navy. He worked as a self-employed paint contractor, in Austin. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Genia Dobrowolski. Survivors include his wife, Alexandria McAllen Duet Vilk, aka Gypzy Duet; and many friends. He will be sorely missed.
