Ronnie is proceeded in death by his mother Tabitha Leona Messer and father John Neal Messer.
Ronnie leaves behind a loving wife of 42 years Jo Helen Messer of Pflugerville, Texas; daughter Angela Brown and son-in-law Chris Brown of Clifton, Texas; son Bradley Messer and daughter-in-law Stephanie Messer of Elgin, Texas. He also leaves behind a brother Johnny Leon Messer and sister-in-law Jean Messer of Austin, Texas, eight grandkids, three great-grandkids, lots of nieces and nephews.
He was loved and will be dearly missed.
